Ralph Marshall Sr. Memorial Foundation

For the betterment of local youth sports

Who We Are

The Ralph Marshall Sr. Memorial Foundation is a non-profit organization whose primary objective is providing for the youth sports programs of Seabrook, NH.  The 5K Road Race will be our first sponsored event, but we hope to be involved in more community-based events in the future.   Ralph was very proud of being honored with a field in his name and he made sure to drive me to the field as soon as the plaque with his name on it was erected.  However admirable Ralph's dedication to the town's parks may have been, anyone who knew him understood that his comittment was merely a byproduct of the passion he felt for coaching and teaching young people how to play the game.  It is because of his integrity and overall unselfish nature that we want to honor him with this foundation.  He had many ideas, some more feasible than others, of ways to improve the parks in our town.  It is the mission of this organization to try to step in where Ralph left off by making the community's parks more enjoyable for all.

In addition to batting cages at the park this year, we want to donate any surplus to pancreatic cancer research.  We also hope to host more events in the future to raise as much money as we can in hopes of advancing scientific understanding of this frightening disease.  Pancreatic cancer is arguably the most underfunded of all cancers and we want to help to change that, however modest our contribution may be.  For more information on pancreatic cancer and funding for pancreatic cancer research, check out the links on this website.
